When it is about summer holidays Sithonia in Greece Is our choice.I will show you one of the most beautiful places there, called Kalamitsi.It Is a village with beautiful beach and clear and beautiful sea.
Kalamitsi is a beach on the very south of Sithonia. One of the nearest places are Toroni,Sarti (the biggest one)and Sykia, but Kalamitsi is also a small village beside this beach, so you can find here accommodation as well as restaurants, bars, market…We were in beautiful apartmants,sometimes we went to buy some food in Sarti, there are markets,but in a village is a big supermarket too.
With it’s shape and a warm atmosphere, Kalamitsi is one of the best beaches on Sithonia, but also in the whole northern Greece.The tourist from all around the world like to go there. The fine sand makes this beach very comfortable.We travelled with small Kids and they really enjoyed .
The sea is crystal clear, green-blue, calm… the shoal is gradual and all of this makes Kalimitsi perfect for small children. The beach is well arranged, and there are a few beach bars.If there is an opportunity this year to go there again,I will do it for sure.😊
Our accommodation was very close to the beach,about 150 m far away.
You can see from the road,the beautiful blue colour of the sea. Sithonia is full of beautiful wild beaches.
The colour of the water is so relaxing.
