My inner child was anxious and a little depressed.

Same happens to me, for small little changes in life. We actually have an innocent child inside us, who always wanted someone else to take care giving the comfort. Having Dad fulfilled that so long, but then seems at some point of life, we have to take it on ourselves. Congratulations....
