Finally achieved my 150K milestone after converting my HBDs to HIVE in the internal market. It has been a long journey on this chain, for almost seven years, and the thirst for more hive never ends. I executed several orders to convert my HBDs but its hard to catch the bottom, and I never thought, it would go this low to 0.16 level. Today when I wanted to see at what price I placed my orders, the internal market does not have a mechanism to figure out that. So I sought help from the community by placing a thread and look at that :

This is the best part of a true community, where we tend to help each other and share knowledge. 
I am not sure, what is the difference between Order History vs Trade History, but I assume, Trade History shows all the executed transactions. And there is a provision to export the order history for different time frames, which I loved.
Exporting the trade history, and doing the totals, I got 18438.305 hive in exchange of 4181.62 HBD,in the price range of 0.214 to 0.2675. I never thought hive price would go this low, but as some says, its hard to catch the low. These statistics will help me realize the gains, when hive goes higher. Considering the current price, it's a loss of around 20-25%, but it feels better to power up and achieving my goal. I don't write very often, but my curation rewards keep adding more hive. And may be I will buy some more hive, that will help me to reach my next goal of 200K.
