Bitcoin is the first known blockchain project, after which Ethereum was produced not long after Bitcoin's backslide. The creation of Ethereum was termed second era generation of blockchain. Ethereum was created mainly to minimise and enhanced the difficulties of the previous blockchain but unfortunately, it did little to extend the innovation to expected statures.

This then give another room of thought and the third generation of blockchain was created. The third era chain innovation expedited greater adaptability and between working. But there is still some setback because majority of the third generation blockchain were build on Ethereum base e.g EOS.

Thus, since the first, second and third era of blockchain couldn't offer to the standard required, there is need for development of the fourth era of blockchain.

INTERVALUE will stand in position to become the needed fourth generation blockchain i.e blockchain 4.0.

INTRODUCING INTERVALUE

InterValue is a blockchain of a new generation (version 4.0), which is a two-level hash graph based on a hybrid and randomly supported function. The project is aimed at the environmental improvement and expansion of blockchain technology in the industrial area. This blockchain is designed to carry out mass storage of assets and thereby create an ideal infrastructure for the development of the blockchain network. At the same time, special attention is paid to the creation of decentralized applications for mass popularization.

The technology of blockchain by its capabilities in many ways surpasses the Internet, so it allows users to make real transactions with assets while in the world web a person is given the opportunity to make exchange transactions. The combination of the two technologies in one single shell will connect the present with the future.
To perform this operation, InterValue has the necessary qualities and functions of the network. The distribution of cartographic values is carried out at the expense of the network infrastructure where each definite node is certified by the graph itself for its validity. In the future, this will create an artificial intelligence in such a way that all information that will flow into the network will be stored digitally. This factor will facilitate the creation of a virtual person who will work in an autonomous mode. AI can create a real life for a virtual person.

INTERVALUE FEATURES
Consensus-
A novel two-layer consensus protocol which will be rolled out in two stages. Initially, will comprise DAG consensus and BA-VRF initially and then rolled out to Double layer consensus consisting of Hashnet consensus and BA-VRF(Byzantine Agreement based on Verifiable Random Function) consensus
Essentially, offers quick confirmation, high transaction concurrency and whose application can fit various industrial functions.

Novel data structure-
To be able to run most nodes today, one of the setup steps requires downloading the whole blockchain since genesis block. As of March 2018, Bitcoin’s blockchain was only 163 GB, and this will only get bigger.

Anonymous P2P overlay network-
Network nodes are accessed anonymously but communication between them occurs in an encrypted manner P2P. This systems will advance novel profiling consequently concealing clients' profiles and transaction.

Hashnet-

InterValue proposes a new data structure improved on DAG(Directed Acrylic Graph) called Hashnet, which simultaneously reduces storage space required by nodes and improving the efficiency and security of the data storage. This will be an answer for adaptability drawbacks saw on different chains which will scale up transaction while diminishing dormancy.

Anti-quantum attack-
Bitcoin uses the ECDSA signature algorithm which currently vulnerable to quantum computing.
InterValue devises a new algorithm, the Keccak-512 hash algorithm and introduces NTRUsign signature algorithm to replace the quantum-vulnerable ECDSA. These will be conveyed as safety efforts directing the platform against quantum assaults.

Transaction anonymity through implementation of zero-knowledge proof and ring signatures borrowed from Monero and Zcash. This keeps users privacy and transaction anonymous to the hackers.

Smart contracts-
Both non-Turing complete and Turing complete can be supported on the Moses Virtual Machine
