In life we will always have to assume positions, challenges, commitments, responsibilities, without an incentive of participation it is very difficult to face all these circumstances of improvement and development.
Participation can be induced or voluntary, the important thing is that we participate in what we are sure can give us a leading role and advantage in the fulfillment of our objectives. If participation is induced, it is because it is most likely that our closest environment knows about our capabilities and skills and therefore our participation is necessary.
When we do it voluntarily it is because we know that we have the talent and skills to be able to face a duty and succeed, the important thing is that we make ourselves known to others as a person who participates, who is always available, and everything together adds up so that we can develop our plans.
Participating involves that we behave in a committed way, that we have a sense of relevance to the environment in which we are developing, which is why a low profile behavior is the least convenient for us if we want to appear in the best way.
If we want to be successful women and men we must always keep in mind to be involved in the projects and plans of our life, as this will help us to emerge and win many good things in life.
