I am so glad that I brought this drum kit back with me to Peru this year. The past few years I have had a kit...but it was not much of a kit. The drums you see in this picture were a total pain in the ass to get down here from Florida. However, the fact that I also brought five kayaks, and several other items which I needed to start a business may have contributed to the hardship of moving a drum set.
Well let me tell you. The waves are super fun here now but there is only one point break working...and there are tons of tourist. Which means that I do not want to surf at the moment and am glad that I can play music to make up for the empty space. I am so happy to have this kit right now and just realized that it is a solution to the problem of not always being able to surf. Now I get to enjoy my music on a daily basis as well.
The best thing of all is that I found a good bass player, guitar player, and keyboard player right here in the middle of no where. We got the band in full effect. Rock on you all and have a great day.
