What if a content writer could understand not only keywords, but also the people behind those keywords?

Hi, I’m Sana, I am SEO content writer from Punjab, Pakistan, and my journey into content writing is not a straightforward one.

It is a journey built through education, teaching, banking, B2B customer dealing, communication, and understanding people.

I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, and before stepping into content writing, I spent around 10–11 years teaching students.

Teaching taught me something very important:
Every student has a different way of thinking, understanding, and responding.

As a teacher, I learned to identify where a student was struggling, understand the real problem behind it, and explain things in a way that actually made sense to them.

Later, I entered the banking sector, where I have gained around 13–14 years of professional experience, including strong exposure to B2B, customer dealing, communication, and business development.

And this is where I discovered another side of my skill.

I realized that customer dealing is not simply about explaining a product.

It is about listening first. Understanding the concern. Finding the real problem. Building trust. And then communicating the right value in the right way.

I remember a customer who came to our office extremely upset.

He had concerns about an account he had opened and was frustrated because he felt the product was not working the way he expected.

Instead of immediately explaining the product, I first listened to him patiently.

I wanted to understand what was actually bothering him.

Once I understood his concerns and hesitation, I explained the account in a simple and practical way—how he could use it, what benefits it offered, and how it could actually save him time and make his transactions easier.

A conversation that started with frustration turned into something completely different.

He not only continued using the product but also opted for an ATM/debit card and online banking services.

That experience reminded me of something I had already learned through teaching:

People respond when you understand them—not when you simply give them information.

I experienced this again with another customer who had previously dealt with a different bank and arrived with a negative experience.

I could have easily pointed out the other bank’s mistakes.

Instead, I listened.

I explained that sometimes a transaction takes time because of processing procedures, cut-off timings, or interbank requirements. I focused on helping him understand why the problem happened and how he could avoid it in the future.

He appreciated the explanation—and eventually became a regular customer.

These experiences shaped the way I think about content writing.

I realized that businesses also need content that does more than fill a webpage.

They need content that understands:

What is the customer looking for?**
What problem is stopping them from buying?
What makes them trust a business?
What words make a product easier to understand?
What makes someone stop scrolling and pay attention?

That is where my journey as an SEO Content Writer began.

Today, I combine my background in English Literature, teaching, banking, B2B customer dealing, and real-world communication to create content that is not only optimized for search engines but also written for real people.

I write across different niches, including:

✦ SEO blogs & articles
✦ Business & B2B content
✦ Website content
✦ Education content
✦ Customer-focused content
✦ Product descriptions
✦ Real estate content
✦ Marketing & promotional content
✦ Customer psychology-based content
✦ Social media content

I’m especially interested in understanding the “why” behind customer behavior.

For example, why does Buy One, Get One Free attract attention?

Why does one headline make people click while another gets ignored?

Why does a customer say, “I don’t need this,” and what kind of communication can make them reconsider?

How can a business introduce a product in a way that feels relevant rather than pushy?

These are the questions I bring into my writing.

Because for me, SEO is not only about rankings.

Traffic matters—but what happens after the visitor arrives matters too.

My goal is to create content that can:

Attract the right audience → address their real concerns → build trust → communicate value → and support business growth.

My teaching experience helps me understand learners.

My banking and B2B experience helps me understand businesses and customers.

My English Literature background helps me understand language, storytelling, communication, and expression.

And my experience with real customers has taught me something no keyword tool can completely explain:

Behind every search, every click, and every purchase, there is a person with a need, a question, a concern, or a problem.

That is the perspective I bring to content writing.

I’m Sana—
an SEO Content Writer who doesn’t just write for keywords.

I write to understand people, communicate value, and help businesses connect with their audience.
