Thinking about future makes me doubt my parenting skills. Like is going to be really tough with everything turning automated. Robots will rule the world and humans will turn jobless and hence penny less. At this time, what am I supposed to teach my kids so that they can survive in the brutal world of tommorow?

Well, I don't understand the computer world and nor does my banker husband has any clue. My 10 year old has been enjoying his free time by cracking various levels of random games that he downloads from the Google play store and binge watching various shows on YouTube. Which clearly states that he is not doing anything productive in his free time.
Various articles on parenting also points out that children do need to have their free time where they are allowed to do what they like irrespective of it's outcome. So, do I listen to the parenting advice published by parenting experts for worry about the future and think about ways up uplift my children's skills so that they don't starve in the automated world of tommorow?
