MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT DIKKIES SUPERMARKET YESTERDAY

Dikkies Supermarket closes by 8:30 PM, and I was coming back from work late. I got to Dikkies Supermarket 5 minutes to 8. I was tired, and there was traffic in the store because people were rushing to buy things before the store closed due to school the next day.

I got into the store and saw a lot of people. At first, I was discouraged, looking at the remaining time. On turning around, I saw @marajah waiting to make a payment. I joined in on the waiting, but before that, I picked up what I wanted to buy.

I engaged @marajah in a discussion when I noticed she was actually waiting for Sammy to make a payment. Fortunately, not long after, Sammy showed up. But the roadblock now was the network. We struggled with connectivity, trying to connect to one hotspot after another. I nearly gave up because it was late, and the staff were anxious to go home. Some of them even started closing the doors, stopping customers from entering the supermarket.

We finally got a network connection and made the payment, but this time, the payment went pending for a while. So, Sammy generated another receipt for me to scan, and it went through successfully. He had to delete the pending transaction afterward. I claimed my reward and headed home after 9.
