Esteban says he is visited at night by "light balls"

I have no reason to doubt Esteban when he tells me he is visited at night by coloured balls of light which come to comfort him when he is afraid. He has never made things like this up in the past and assures me it is not a figment of his imagination. I believe what he is saying and I also believe that children, if encouraged can develop skills beyond our wildest imagination.
