I think i am still recovering from all the energy it took to make everything here. Sleeping so much at the moment!

But i am very happy to tell you that thanks to your message over on the other bamboo post, tonight we will be eating bamboo! We picked around 15 decent shoots yesterday and even cooked a few just to make sure we were doing it right. They taste amazing! Many thanks for the inspiration 🙏
