Certainly there has been a concerted effort over the last decade to move agriculture indoors, largely I would say in preparation for the grand solar minimum. So yes, anything we can do to combat this with good old out door organic style is a bonus! Even here, as I mentioned in a comment above, we are moving into a potentially testing period because we've not had rain for a long time and water reserves are running out. Three local villages don't have any water at all now and if it doesn't rain soon we can expect the same. At which point I am not 100% sure about how I will water our garden. With a lot of work! Let alone find a way to clean the children. Though this bit I suppose will be more fun than the garden ;)
