tarazkp@tarazkp this is spot on, as are the comments from zaibkang@zaibkang. Whether one is an author publishing content, or a reader curating, there are a few things that underline whether they will enjoy personal growth and/or financial success on this platform. Consistency, discipline, passion, authenticity. These are critical to both intrinsic and extrinsic success. They need to post with regularity to keep their ideas fresh and thoughts flowing freely onto the "pages" of the Hive. They need to comment with empathy, reaching deep to connect with others on a human level. They need to write from the heart; being passionate about their interests and viewpoints if they want to ensure that their efforts are easily discernible as being worthy of the favourable attention of others. Everyone can find a home in the Hive if they put in the effort and actually enjoy what they are doing. Both narrative and aspirations should be transparent and genuine. One further point I'd like to make is that if English is not one's first language, you would do well to use a translation service to publish your post in both your home language and English (in the same post). This is done very effectively by a number of authors on the Hive and therefore attracts a much wider audience for their posts and that has to be worth the extra effort to reach and connect with more people, who may just appreciate your content and upvote it 😍I like to believe that most people on the Hive are here to share their knowledge and their lives with honesty and sincerity. Imposters are too easily distinguishable . Pass the wine buddy😄
