If you ever find yourself staring at this strange row of trees that appear to have been ripped from the pages of a Dr Seuss book chances are you're in Madrid’s El Retiro Park.
The trees don't naturally grow like this and are actually common Mediterranean Cypress trees that have been carefully sculptured into this form.
