[Utopian-IO] Contributor Report - Full Documentation, Session Cleaning, and Bug Fixes

Apiary documentation is now completed! The documentation covers every endpoint and what can be done, with the expected responses as a sample. As of right now, the API blueprint docs isn't committed to GitHub yet and is solely on Apiary for the time being. Since this is really new, expect things to be changed or moved around as the API gets updated.

API changes

• Session collection wasn't deleting expired sessions. Ghost sessions are now removed from the database.
• The unused and highly insecure endpoint to retrieve a user by their GitHub token (yep, token!) has been removed.
• The tables API would hang if it received an invalid type. This has been fixed.
