Greetings!
One prayer that I have always prayed for myself and for those that are close to me is that good news will not cease from our lives and abodes. Good news is a good thing to happen to one in life and with the fact that it brings about joy and happiness is enough for me to always want to hear good news.
Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt which is all about, “good news.” Good news is everyone's wish and as for me, the first person I share my good news with is my lovely and beautiful wife.
Sharing my good news with my lovely wife is one thing that I have always wanted and eager to do, this is because she's my soul mate, so sharing my good news with her is always an interesting thing as in most cases, I do make it a surprise to share my good news with her.
I could remember when I was promoted at my work place, instead of me calling her on the phone and sharing the good news of my promotion from one level to the other, I kept it to myself and it was when I got home that I shared with her the good news. Even when I wanted to share the good news with her, I made sure I made it a special event and just because of this, the news was so special to her.
Ever since that special moment of sharing my good news with her, she has always long to hear from me good news and I too have always long to deliver to her my good news.
Furthermore, one thing I love about her is that she's always ready to share her own good news with me too. There's no day she has good news that I would not be the first person that she would share her good news with. At first, she would share the news with me on the phone, but as time went by, after I had shared my own news with her with a special package, she also started doing the same thing I did to her and I'm seriously happy to have her sharing her good news with me.
One thing I would not like is that if she changed and stopped sharing her good news with me as the first person as the fun and the joy of sharing the news with each other would no longer be there.
Although, if I ceased to be the first person she will be sharing her news with, I will not repay her with that, as I will not like to repay her with whatever she might have done to me, though it might be kind of painful, but still, I will continue being who I am to her which I believe will change her back to who she has once be to me.
