Greetings!
One thing that I would not do is to tamper with my real and natural self, the way I have been created by God with my memory pays me alot. So, I would rather remain my original self than transfering my memories to a clone of myself.
Having said so much about this, I would like to delve into the topic of today's prompt in the Hive learners community which is all about, “Just a clone.”
Like I said earlier, one thing I would not like to tamper with is the work of God in my life and my natural self. One thing that I know for sure is that, there's nothing that can be compared to one's original self as anything likened to original would always remain fake or better still duplicate, so, why would I want to duplicate my original self when I know that my original self is serving me better.
No matter how beautiful a clone can be, I would not want to be cloned and this is because the cloned me can be manipulated by anybody who wishes to manipulate it.
As for me, the stress of transferring my memories to my cloned self would not even want me to do so as I would use that time in transferring my memories to my cloned self to do something meaningful which I believe would at the end help to aid my progress in life.
So, instead of me taking a pause from my natural self by depositing my memories to another version of me, I would only take the toll of progress which would help me to move at a fast rate.
Furthermore, it's even not too good of one to be transferring what has to do with one memory from one natural self to a duplicate self which is known as a cloned self, the reason being that memories are so delicate that if not handled or transferred with the utmost care can be corrupted.
For instance, I have seen where files being transferred from one device to another are being corrupted. So, if a file from a device which can be a phone or system can be corrupted, how about human memories which are so fragile and sensitive. To me, once a human memory gets corrupted, then that could better end such a person as such a person may not be able to remember anything again in his or her life. So, as for me, I would only remain natural in my own original self than to be cloned.
Although, being cloned at times can be good as well as it would help one to have a duplicate of oneself, which can be useful when need be for it. But as for me I would rather remain maintain my memory with whom I am now which I believe is the perfect way and image which God wants me to me as he had created me in his own image.
This is my entry to the week 230, episode 02 of the weekly featured contest in the Hive learners community.
