I see, well if that is the case rewards should be different - again maybe I am mistaken
So if the Ratings for these rewards are before tournament

U2000 should be @tobijob he was 1936 first game
U1800 should be @justola as he was 1782 at the start of the tournament
and they are best placed under these categories at the end of the tournament

If you look Ratings at the end of tournament for these categories we have
U2000 again should be @tobijob as he was 1989 at the end of the tournament
U1800 should be migmag with 1572 rating at the end
both players are best placed under these categories

Just to point out or maybe like I said I did not understood it very well

For timing of the tournament - for me earlier is a bit better but whatever most of the players finds suitable is fine by me
