I usually start with the date stamped in the top left corner - I have a little template one where you write the date in and circle the weekday. Then I just launch straight in. No greeting, just write

It's mostly to do with zoning. I'd love to keep her, but the area is zoned for units and I'm slowly being surrounded by them. The zoning also means I can't do a lot of the improvements I'd like to or split

The natural rocks along there are all pretty cool, so many textures! Not a lot of shells or visible sea creatures in the rock pools though, mostly just sand.
