Do Bangladeshi Steemians know that Bitcoin is illegal?

Bitcoin is illegal in Bangladesh atleast to the last reports on the subject. However there is alot of Bangladeshi Steemians here. Do they know this? I mean they have a risk of going to jail. I mean the gov probably doesn't care but it something that should be know. Source of illegality of bitcoin:
