I have 70 steem power free that I could keep as my own use, but I have calculated i would get more rewards if i delegate my steem power to a bid bot. Why a bid bot? Bid bots are often at negative RIO. That seems bad for the bidders and it is but bid bots should be only be used for advertising. Bid bots never promised RIO. But there are some bots that do. I shall make a post on that tomorrow. :)
