Lands I think are really undervalued right now. I picked up a couple around $35 each.
The tricky part is having good cards to stake on them. for decent production rate you will need Gold foil legendaries preferably from Untamed series which are quite expensive. Then you buy cores and stake DEC. I am out of legendary gold foils now so will wait to my next land till I get some liquidity.
