So today Saturday March 21 2026 and u just sit or work without exercise that's not life or happiness. So cricket is not just sports it's benefits is more than your imagination not just for body but for health ❤️ We see cricket just as other sports but cricket is more powerful sports than other. Cricket not just make your stamina. Cricket can make your life easier and in health care the best thing is cricket So today I was wondering what should I do I have nothing,just sitting and watching reels will never make me feel better but in reality it make us more depressed and uncomfortable so sitting and watching reels will not give u what u want so that's why I stand up and decided to do some cricket exercise I started exercise and says to my younger brother that can we practice some cricket so he was bored too and he starts bowling me and we do some practice.![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/b9b66b53-5448-4b2d-8a4e-a7c13336bf90.jpg) And I feel better now bcz cricket makes me happier and comfortable.
