In this interview, Sneha shares about the organization she founded to de-shame menstruation in India, the education, art, and performance art activism. She has been invited to present her work at a conference on Menstruation in Colorado this year and is calling out to the global community for financial support with this as most of the work she does is free of charge for those who benefit the most.

Dr Sneha Rooh is a palliative physician and founder of Orikalankini an organisation that is changing narratives around Menstruation and sexuality in India through art theatre and dialogue.

They have reached 4000 adolescents through their awareness programme and 350 young adults have been trained as menstrual educators . 4 cloth pad making units have been set up.

Dr Sneha is called to present her work in Colorado springs this year in June at a conference on menstruation by Colorado university. The link to enable her travel is below.
