Hello everyone,I am very happy to write to us on this matter about mentorship. Firstly, I want to let us know what mentoring mean:
Mentoring is a system of using people with a lot of experience, knowledge etc to advise other people at work,or in their professional life.Also A Mentor is an experienced person who advises and helps a less experienced person.
Don't also forget this, before there will be a Mentorship,there must be a Mentor (Who we can say is a leader,a teacher or a guidance) and a Follower (a person who is following a leader in order to learn in a layman term)
Now,how does this article apply to this great community.Here in this great community,we have a lot of Mentors,I mean people who have been in this community for several years now and have gained more experience.They understand the system of this community (Whenever they write an article or content) they always receive a great awards and many other benefits.They know in and out of this community,they were once novices,but now stakeholders.
A Mentor is very important in every aspects of live maybe in business,in finance,livestyle,writing,and many other things which I cannot mention all. They know and understand the way.As a beginner in this community,who desires to know and understand the system of this community,you must have a Mentor,who guide and develop you.A person who you always lookup to,not competing with the person.
Without having an experienced Mentor you cannot know much about the system of this community and your awards for any service you will be rendering will be very small which can make you to be frustrated.
A Mentor will open your eyes to the things you must know and do in order to grow faster(writing of a content, stake and how to engage and alot),you will know how to explore the community.
All I have been trying to say is this,for you to know how to write a good content,upvote,stake your POB and to do other things,you must follow an experienced Mentor.This is one of the secrets of rich and successful men.
