I'm sorry to hear of your physical problems. I'm in my mid-fifties which is when this sort of thing began to hit me. I discovered a wonderful chap on YouTube called Austen Goh. He's now my go to guy for everything - he really does work and there's no catch - it's all free. You just have to do the work!
