My thoughts are similar. The Western media keep denying that Soledar has fallen yet video footage from the town show that it is under control of Wagner units. Meanwhile, Russian forces keep making small incremental gains while destroying large numbers of Ukrainian troops in the Bakmut 'meat grinder'. Russia has yet to mobilize the 300,000 'new recruits' to the front. I agree that Russia is bidding its time for a major offensive. Western tanks in small numbers will not be enough to make much of a difference on the battlefield to halt this offensive.
