It鈥檚 a brilliant sunny day again in Spain. The olives in my tree are ready to be harvested. They are the fattest I have ever seen them. I shall pick some organic mountain thyme and preserve them with a sprig for extra flavour!
The sun brings so many bees and butterflies to the flowers in the garden. The scent and sound are just a magical combination!
