My post tonight I want to speak for myself. Sometimes why we should spend more time alone with ourselves, I explain ..
Can you tell me When was the last time you took a break from everything and everyone, you had to want it alone, so you could spend time with you? When was the last time you gave yourself so much, appreciation, and affection that you gave to the people you raised? Most people give a lot to the people around them, but very few communities for themselves, and therefore, they become unbalanced.
They neglect their health, they forget their dreams, needs, and desires, they forget who they really are under it, and gradually, even if they realize it, they become strangers to themselves and are very conscious of that life.
