It looks like a TOWN HALL was held on 10/29. There was information about the Halloween event, Collector's Achievements, Escalation Conflicts, and more...
Apparently, there was a lot of information, but even after watching the video, I couldn't understand a thing because my English is so poor. 😭
So I've been checking Discord after reading summaries, and I found some really interesting information.
Thanks to Zekrom for the Splinterlands Town Hall Summary (October 29, 2026, 00:00 JST) (Japanese).
There are two topics in particular that caught my attention:
- The release of Starlight (a mini-set for Frontier)
- A successor to Fortune Draw for Modern / Wild
Both topics are really exciting! Here's what I found by investigating Discord based on the summary.
Starlight (a mini-set for Frontier)
You can obtain three types of tokens from Daily Rewards. It seems that holding these tokens will allow you to purchase the corresponding Starlight Packs.
Sky: A pack containing RF cards only, available for $0.50.
Stellar: A pack that can also contain GF and BF cards, available for $1.
Cosmic: A pack that guarantees an Arcane Card!? $15!
This is going to make the Jackpot really exciting! Even new players could get an Arcane Card right away if they're lucky. That's awesome! 🔥
Looking at the image below, it seems that tokens can be obtained from the Jackpot slot in Daily Rewards.
Apparently, the tokens also have an expiration date for redemption. I'll have to make sure I don't forget to use them. 😭
What I'm personally curious about is how many tokens—and therefore how many packs—will be available. From what I've found on Discord, these seem to be limited-time sales, unlike Foundation Packs, which remain available indefinitely.
I guess the tokens will be used to control the total number of packs. I wonder how many they'll make available... At the very least, I imagine the number of Cosmic tokens will be quite limited.
A successor to Fortune Draw for Modern / Wild
So this is the successor to the Daily Reward system that recently ended, right? Things do feel a little lacking without daily rewards. 🤣
I tried watching the video again, hoping to find a little more information, and to my surprise, I could turn on subtitles! I thought I'd given up before because subtitles weren't available. Well, it's definitely a good thing when things improve!
So I watched the video and found the part where they discussed the Fortune Draw successor.
Apparently, there will be three Tiers, each with different prices and features. According to Dave, you can purchase a Pass for Tier 1 for 2,000 DEC. Does purchasing a Tier 1 Pass get you one Pack? And if you choose Tier 2, do you get three Packs?
I'm not entirely sure about the exact wording, but does this mean the minimum price is 2,000 DEC, and as you move up to higher Tiers, the Pass costs more in exchange for better rewards? Compared to the old Fortune Draw, that sounds pretty expensive, doesn't it? 🤔
With season rewards already decreasing under the new bracket system, I don't really like the idea of having to spend even more DEC. That is, unless you can reliably get BF or GF cards as rewards.
It would be a problem if they basically said:
"Pay 2,000 DEC for a chance to enter a draw. But if you don't win, you get nothing. It's like a lottery, after all. 😉 Good luck, and buy another chance for the next draw! 👋"
I wonder if I've understood the prices and rewards correctly. I'm really curious.
Dave said he wouldn't go into the details, so I guess we'll just have to wait for more information.
I still can't really understand how this Fortune Draw successor will work without more information. All we know is that there are three Tiers, each with a different price and different bonuses. I hope we won't end up having to buy an expensive Pass even though there's a chance of getting nothing.
I'm really looking forward to Starlight. Of course, I'm excited to see the new cards' stats and abilities, but the fact that you can win them through the Jackpot is the best part! That said, I'm a little worried that people might use large numbers of accounts to farm huge amounts of rewards...

It seems you can make a purchase without any problems if you set up your PayPal account correctly. But since my bank doesn't support it, I'd have to get a debit card? and register it with PayPal... or something like that. It looks like it's still just as much of a hassle as ever…😱

Starlight（Frontier向けミニセット）の発売
Daily Reward で3つのトークンが手に入ります。そして、そのトークンをもっているとそれぞれに対応した Starlight Pack が購入できるようです。
Sky は RF のみが出現するパックが 0.5 ドルで購入できる。
Stellar は GF とBF も出現するパックが 1 ドルで購入できる。
Cosmic は Arcane Card が確定で手に入るパック！？ 15 ドル！
これは JackPot が盛り上がりますね。始めたばかりのプレイヤーでも運が良ければいきなり Arcane Card が手に入ります。熱い🔥
以下の画像を見ると、Daily Reward の Jack pot 枠でトークンが手に入るように見えますね。
入手したトークンはどうやら引き換えの期限があります。忘れないようにしないといけませんね。😭
個人的に気になるのはトークン＝パックがいくつ用意されるかですね。Discord で確認すると、限定販売のようで Foundation Pack のようにいつまでも手に入るというわけではないようです。
トークンで数を管理することになるんでしょう。いったい何個用意されることになるのか...少なくとも Cosmic トークンの数はかなり少ない数になるんでしょうね。

これは先日終わった Daily Reward の後継ってことですね。デイリーが無いとやっぱりちょっと物足りないもんね。🤣
もう少し詳しい情報が手に入らないかとダメもとで動画を確認してみたら字幕つけれるやん？以前は字幕を付ける事が出来なくて断念したような気がするんだけど...ま、状況が改善される分にはいいことですね！
そういうわけで動画を確認しつつ Fortune Drawの後継システム に関して話している個所を見たんですが。
3つの Tier が存在し、それぞれ価格や機能が変わってくるということ。Daveが言うにはTier1用のPassを 2,000 DEC で購入できる。Tier1 Pass を購入すると1Pack貰える？Tier2を選択すると3Pack？
細かいニュアンスが分からないんだけど、最低が 2,000 DEC でTierが上がるとReward報酬が良くなる代わりに Pass の価格も上がる？前の Fortune Draw と比べると結構高い？🤔
ブラケット制でシーズン毎の報酬下がっているのに、払わないといけない DEC が増えるのはちょっと嫌だなぁ。確実に Reward で BF や GF が手に入るならともかく。
「 2,000 DEC で抽選する権利を売ります。でも、抽選で外れたら得られるものは何もありません。宝くじみたいなものだからね。😉 また次の抽選の権利買って頑張ってね。👋」 って言われたら困っちゃうね。
値段と報酬はあってるのかな？気になる。
彼は詳しくは言わないって言ってるからこれは詳細が出るのを待つしかないのかな？
Fortune Drawの後継システムってやつはもう少し情報出ないとよくわからないね。3つTierが合って、それぞれ値段が違ってて、ボーナスの内容も違うってことくらい。外れがあるのに高いPassを買わないといけない状態だったらやだなぁ。
Starlight は凄く期待してる。新しいカードのステータスやアビリティが楽しみなのはもちろん。Jack Pot で当たるってところが最高だね！とはいえ、大量アカウントで大量回収されたりするかもしれないからちょっと不安は残るけどね...

Paypalの登録を正しく行えば問題なく購入できるようです。でも私の使ってる銀行は使えないので、デビットカード？を作ってそれをPaypalに登録して...とかなんとか。いろいろめんどくさいのは変わらないらしい…😱
