Recently, my Yandex desktop browser automatically updated itself just like it always does. But this update seems a bit way too buggy to me. Just before writing this post, I was browsing through this steemit page written in mix of Chinese and English.
The article has some Chinese text in its title as well. Despite that, Yandex failed to detect the language.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open this page.
- Right click and select translate to English.
Actual result:
The browser fails to detect the language even though there is Chinese text in its title.
Expected result:
Chinese text translates to English without any problems.
Reproduces how often:
100% of the time.
