I got this picture from my delhi to kerala train journey. When i saw her face its one of the innoncent face i have ever seen. We can see many children in train begging or asking for money. Sometime they will sing beautiful songs too馃槉. Eventhough child begging is prohibited in india. Its still going on. Authorities should take serious step towards this.
