Global warming can be defined as the gradual change in earth's atmosphere and oceans which is believed to change earth's climate permanently. Even though many people do not believe in global warming, scientists have proved that the planet is warming. This global warming is affecting nature's balance and lives of all the living being and causes the significant impact on lives due to sudden occurrence of floods and storms and continued heat waves. It is devastating to human lives. Since 1971, 90 percent of warming has occurred in the oceans. Since the 20th century, the temperature of sea surface and air has increased about 0.8 degree Celsius (1.4 degrees Fahrenheit).

Scientist evidence indicates that since 1950, the world's climate has been warming sue to the primary effect of deforestation and non-stop burning of fossil fuels. Since the industrial revolution, there is the constant emission of carbon in the atmosphere which is one of the major causes of global warming. There is the high amount of carbon in the atmosphere, and people are cutting down forests for personal benefits, so there are decidedly fewer trees which take in carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and helps reduce the amount of carbon from the atmosphere. In the reports of climate change, scientists were 90% sure that most of the global warming is caused by increased concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere which is produced by human activities.

Warming is expected to be most active in the Arctic, with the continuing retreat of glacier and melting of sea ice. The effect of global warming includes the increase in sea level and the possible increase in subtropical deserts. Other likely impacts of global warming include the rise in heat waves, droughts, heavy rainfall, acid rain and extinction of species due to change in temperature.
The growing global warming is the primary concern of many different countries in the world, but still, there has been no changes found. People know that global warming can be reduced by the planting of trees, but instead of planting more trees, they are destroying trees.
