Cooperation, or co-operation refers to the practice of a person or a larger group working in the imagination with the objective or possibly commonly agreed method, rather than working separately in competition.
Cooperation can be a number of business, agriculture, and corporate realms can be realized in the form of cooperatives.
Cooperation generally includes a paradigm opposite to competition. Many people support cooperation as an ideal form for the management of individual affairs.
However, some forms of cooperation are illegal because they change the nature of access of others to economic or other resources. Thus, cooperation in cartel form is illegal, and pricing is usually illegal.
There are five forms of cooperation, as follows [1]:
Harmony. This form of cooperation is in the form of mutual assistance and help each other.
Bargaining. This form of cooperation is an exchange agreement of goods or services between two or more organizations.
Cooptation. This form of cooperation is a process of acceptance of new things in leadership and political implementation in an organization to become more balanced.
Coalition. This form of cooperation is a blend of two or more organizations that have the same goal.
Joint Venture. This form of cooperation takes place in major projects to succeed in a goal that requires cooperation from different parties with different backgrounds.
