In my busy schedule, I will share my experience with #hive friends today I continued the assembly that I dismantled last Sunday which I didn't have time to take pictures of during my activities.
My customer gave me two days to repair his badly damaged machine, of course I have to be ready no matter how busy I am, but what makes my customer wait until 1 new week in the process of assembling the machine Because the engine damage was so severe that there were no goods in the city where I live, I had to order the goods outside the area online, of course, the delivery is not one day on the way, it even takes a long time for the goods to reach their destination.
As usual I live in an area far from the city of ,in search spare part difficult but now there is ease in finding goods as long as there are online transactions.
Installation of the engine axle
I had to open the crankcase first, especially I unscrewed the engine bonding bolts on the rods so I could do the installation. The most complicated was installing the axles.
Because we have to open all parts of the machine it can take a long time in the process.

Dirt that has accumulated on the axles is rarely cleaned,Moreover, my customer has never seen a seal on a leaky axle that can damage it quickly,Because the axle rotation is very tight which is rubbed against another iron that is attached to the axle so that the engine can run.
Maybe you don't believe the cause of leaking seals results in damage to the motor.Sil is a rubber that is installed on each of the machine which has an axle.So that the oil in the engine does not come out stuck with seals.
