This one was a bit of cheat. On our recent trip to Portland, Oregon, we randomly stopped at the Portland Zoo. What a blast...I had no idea how many things were there. Our daughter was ecstatic with the visit, and our first stop was by a bald eagle sancutary. All eagles on sight had been hurt or injured, and were no longer able to survive outdoors. This beautiful creature gave me a great pose to photograph...and so I did.
