Another week of comic books are officially ready to be available to the public (in my area) in another 2 hours. Time to cram, find some resale value, and enjoy a few books. Good luck today!
Picks for Flips
Marvel Action Captain Marvel 2 B Cover Sara Pitre-Durocher
IDW’s 2 cover is a beauty; you could have gotten this online for $8.50 USD. There is now one sale for over $20 USD on eBay, with one booked sale at $19 USD. This is one I’ll be watching in the coming weeks to see if it has any long term hold value.
Selling at $18 USD. Could be a nice long term buy if you can get it cheap.
Absolute Carnage 3 B Cover John Tyler Christopher
Not sure why this cover is getting traction, but the most recent sale was over double the cover price of $5 USD. Recent listings are in the $11 USD range…not sure if that will hold or not.
Still double the money…better than Litecoin??
Absolute Carnage 3 E Cover Variant Pepe Larraz
Grab this one today! Cover price is $5 USD, and sales are already in the $18 USD range. Current listings are already clearing $20 USD. I won’t have a chance at it today, but I hope you do!
Guardians of the Galaxy 9 B Cover Declan Shalvey
This one is pushing $10 USD in resale value already. Another easy double in price issue, should you choose to do so.
House of X 5 B Cover Sara Pichelli
Grab this for $5 USD today, and sell it anywhere from $10 - $15 USD. Not bad.
House of X 5 D Cover David Nakayama Connection Covers
These two $5 USD covers are selling for @ $20 USD as a set.
Star Wars Age of Resistance Rey 1 C Cover Joe Quesada
This one was pricey at $50 USD online; if you see it today, snag it and run, as resale values are already above $70 - $80 USD. Marvel wins again!
Butcher Queen 1
Another Red 5 Comics release, this $4 USD issue is selling for x3 its cover price currently.
Once & Future 1 5th Printing Jae Lee and June Chung
This one is currently clearing twice its cover price of $4 USD. Unreal.
Fathom 5 C Cover Siya OUm
Something is Killing the Children 1 3rd Print Lee Garbett
For $4 USD, this third print is getting $12 -20 USD currently online.
I’d throw my thoughts on this week, but nothing really stood out aside from my Batmans and other DC comics that no one else apparently reads. LOL. Oh well, here’s to the upcoming Birds of Prey film and the hope people get back into the wonderful mythology of DC comics.
Thanks for reading as always, and drop a comment if you are able to.
