This little spot was located near Fish Farms Mounds State Preserve, in Iowa. It was a sacred place among local tribes in the early 18th century. The mounds themselves are thought to have been constructed 100 BC-300 AD. Very old, indeed. In the meantime, there is this more modern construction near the area.
