On our recent trip to Wausau, one of the stops had to be a Wisconsin Supper Club...when in Rome, as they say. Typically, Wisconsin Old Fashioneds are made with brandy, but I opted for bourbon on this occasion. The ribeye steak that later followed was just as delicious.
