In this update, I want to share what’s cooking behind the scenes 🔥 — from open-source contributions to running video encoder nodes and exciting app progress updates. So grab a cup of coffee ☕ and let’s dive in!
I recently started a new GitHub organization called TechCoderLabz 🎉

This was inspired by none other than 
Earlier, I was pushing code under my individual account, but now everything is structured under an organization. Why? Because:

Now, everything I build for Hive is publicly available. Anyone can review, contribute, fork, improve — that’s the power of decentralization! 💪

TechCoderLabz is not just a repository collection — it’s a long-term commitment to structured, transparent and scalable Hive development. Step by step, we are building a strong foundation for future tools, apps, and infrastructure services that the Hive ecosystem can rely on. 🧱✨
Now let’s talk infrastructure 😎
As you know, 3Speak requires video encoder nodes. Unlike YouTube (which is centralized), 3Speak runs on a decentralized model where community members power the infrastructure.
Why are encoder nodes important?
When you upload to YouTube:
On 3Speak, we replicate this — but in a decentralized way 🌍
And I’m proud to say…
👉 I’m running 6 systems dedicated to encoder nodes!

And trust me… sometimes machines behave like toddlers 😅 but we keep pushing forward!
Good news first:
✅ The application is approved!
✅ Ready to go live!
However…
After speaking with Apple support and making the required payment, they informed me:
Since it’s already Friday here in Bharat 🇮🇳, it will most likely go live next week.
A little bummer… but fingers crossed 🤞
Still, approval itself is a big milestone! Getting through review is never a small thing. So we celebrate small wins too 🎉

No funding. No grants. Just pure passion.
Everything I’m doing right now is:
It’s purely passion-driven.
Running encoder nodes, deploying web apps, building mobile apps, maintaining infrastructure — all of it requires real effort and resources. But when you believe in decentralization, you don’t measure only in dollars — you measure in impact 🌍
Maybe one day, with enough support and votes, we can sustain development financially. But for now?
