With this video, I’ll explain how push notifications would work for 3Speak

Creator Studio

• Added API to register push-token
• Added API for deregistering push-token
• Added API to send a test notification to registered devices
• Added API to list all registered devices

Mobile App

• Integrated Firebase cloud messaging on Dart Flutter project
• New screen to manage push notifications
• Register, Deregister for push notifications
• Send Test push notification
• Receive push notification on Android Device when app is running
• Receive push notification on Android when app is NOT running

What’s next?

• Integrate push notifications for iOS Device
• Get creator studio changes merged to master branch
• Deploy BackEnd Changes which are related to push notifications
• Generate new Android build & distribute it
• Generate new iOS Build, get it reviewed by Apple & Distribute it
• Look into Android-login-issues which many users are facing
