HiveReactKit — Image Editing & Redaction Improvements

Interactive Blur & Redact Tool

Added an interactive pencil tool inside the image cropper.
Users can draw directly over areas of an image that need to be hidden or redacted.
Added support for applying different redaction styles depending on the user's requirement.
The editing workflow is integrated directly into the image preparation process before upload.

This provides a more practical way to protect sensitive information or hide unwanted portions of an image without requiring users to use an external image-editing application.

Multiple Blur & Redaction Styles

The new editing tool supports three different redaction options:

Gaussian Blur — Smoothly obscures the selected area.
Pixelate — Converts the selected region into a pixelated effect.
Blackout — Completely covers the selected area with a solid blackout effect.

These options allow users to choose the most suitable editing method depending on whether they want to partially obscure content or completely remove sensitive visual information.

Advanced Editing Controls

Added additional controls to make the editing workflow easier to manage:

Resize editing regions.
Delete individual blur/redact regions.
Undo recent editing actions.
Clear all applied blur/redact regions.
Continue editing before finalizing the image.

These controls make the tool more flexible while keeping the editing experience straightforward for everyday Hive users.

Blur and redaction regions are processed directly into the final image.
Canvas processing is used to bake the applied edits into the uploaded image.
The visual modifications are therefore part of the final exported image rather than being dependent only on the editor interface.
This provides a more reliable result when the image is ultimately uploaded and displayed elsewhere.

HiveReactKit — Image Cropper Improvements

Eight-Side Crop Handles

The Image Cropper has been upgraded with more precise resizing controls.

Added 4 corner handles for diagonal resizing.
Added 4 edge handles for directional resizing.
Users can now adjust the crop region from all eight sides.
Improved precision when selecting the exact portion of an image that should be retained.

This makes the cropper much more flexible for both desktop and touch-based editing workflows.

8-Side Image Crop Handles

Responsive Dragging & Crop Boundaries

Added directional resizing behavior for the new crop handles.
Added appropriate resize cursors for different crop directions.
Improved pointer handling for smoother interactions.
Added image-boundary clamping so the crop area cannot move outside the available image.
Improved the overall responsiveness of the crop interaction.

Replaced the reputation tooltip component in UpvoteListModal.
Switched to the native browser title attribute for the reputation information.

Maintained the ability for users to access the reputation information through a familiar browser tooltip.

This small refactor helps keep the interface lightweight while removing an additional component where native browser functionality is sufficient.

Logout Profile Cleanup

Fixed an issue where Web2 profile information could remain visible after logout.
Cleared lingering Web2 profile data during the logout flow.
