Does anyone know why post rewards are being paid as Hive + Hive Power, even when the payout is set to 50% HBD / 50% Hive Power?

Was this announced somewhere?

Is this an intentional change to avoid the HBD haircut and help keep the DHF funded in HBD?

If so, it seems content creators receive Hive + HP, while funded projects continue receiving HBD.

I'd appreciate any clarification.
