Add Missing Item Feature for Curators and Admins

• Curators and admins now have a new "Add Missing Item" menu option in the sidebar.
• Sometimes the system misses posts or comments because Hive servers lag behind — this feature lets curators manually add those missed items.
• Curators simply paste the URL of the missed post/comment and hit submit.
• The system checks if the item is valid, fetches its details from Hive, and adds it to the curation queue.
• If an item was previously rejected, submitting it again will restore it back to pending.
• Flagged authors are still blocked — their content cannot be added.
• Everything works the same way as if the system had caught the item automatically.
