It would be great if money didn't exist, but it does. Might as well learn how to manage it. This worked wonders for me when I first started. I realized I could actually buy things for myself, guilt free. I realized where I needed to make adjustments and even gave myself a pat on the back for not living above my means. Hope this helps! :-)
