We see so many cases—and some recent ones have been truly heartbreaking—of parents taking their children's lives as well, so as not to leave them behind. This phrase really struck me: "There are no magic formulas to cure exhaustion of the soul." Undoubtedly, everyone’s suffering is different and they need help, yet often they don't know how to ask for it or even what is happening to them; they simply feel unwell without any physical pain. An excellent contribution to the topic. We certainly need to be very attentive to what is happening within the family—watching for mood swings or moments when someone withdraws and offers only a faint, forced smile. Sending you a warm hug.
