Frequent urination is not a good thing because i have experienced it before and it was a bad experience especially at night when you have to wake up from bed frequently just to urinate,during that time i went for a medical checkup and the doctor did some test and found nothing then he later adviced me to reduce the alcohol intake which i obeyed and ever since then i do not experience frequent urination..but during my course of discussion with the doctor he told me that one of the most common cause of frequent urination is urinary tract infection
