Within a week of changing its name, Facebook, the popular social networking platform, has released fresh surprises. The tech giant said on Tuesday that they will close the face recognition or facial recognition app this time. Facebook would automatically identify the user through photographs and videos with the aid of the app. The announcement came despite growing worries about the technology.
