There was this economic professor saying that though the great investor is a genius in the field of securities trading, but when it comes to the most basic understanding of economic theory, he is a complete ignoramus. This economist actually wrote an open letter to Warren Buffett for the former was worried about the social implications of the billionaire’s statement in an interview about class warfare initiated by the rich. If this economist’s assessment is correct that Buffett doesn’t know economics and still failed to correct his misconception even after 9 years, then I think that a huge intellectual gap must be bridged first for him to understand the character of cryptocurrency.
