Hello Steemians! How are you doing today? I've been very busy with classes lately and there's hardly any energy left in me to create posts during the weekdays. But here I am anyways. I learner some more markdown styles and am trying to use it here. I have another draft from March which I would like to share with you all.
I don't remember where this is from but it was definitely a yaoi manga cover. Let me just tell you how much I love reading manga : it's everything for me, really. I've been reading manga since I was 12-13 years old and the first one I read was Kaichou wa Maid Sama!
My love for manga started from anime. A channel on my television subscription only showed anime shows. I would initially swipe through it... But slowly my interest started to build and I began watching the shows. I loved it! But then the channel was discontinued due to some payment issues and I was crying very sad for a long time. We didn't have internet at our home then. But the following year we bought broadband connection and I once again started watching anime and found manga because I wanted to know more of the Maid Sama story (after the anime ended). It was the best thing I've ever discovered!
I have seen on the internet that a lot of western people think that people who read manga are nerds/geeks/weaboos. But I also know that a lot of people also love manga as much as I do. I've made many amazing friends because of it and it has really added meaning to my life (trust me, I'm not exaggerating).
